  1. Very nice blog, and reflects also my own experience during my PhD studies and now supporting such projects now. I would like to add: it is not only about resources, it helps me also to understand the story of the project and the reason why the funding was applied for- from the partners’ perspective. In particular partners with more of a practical background look out for a very specific benefit – which by the time the project is approved- has been found elsewhere, has changed, and has to be re-adjusted to keep the partners’ engagement.
